At Tres Joyeros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.

Before returning your purchase, please contact our customer service team at tresjoyeros@gmail.com for a return authorization.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be unworn and undamaged. All personalized styles and custom orders are final sale and may not be returned.

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Tres Joyeros reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair of any item if it does not meet the above requirements.
