At Tres Joyeros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be unworn and undamaged. All personalized styles and custom orders are final sale and may not be returned.

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Tres Joyeros reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair of any item if it does not meet the above requirements.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Tres Joyeros, we offer FREE standard shipping on orders within Panama. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekdays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

In-stock orders ship the next business day after the order is placed. For back-ordered items or personalized pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for processing. Rush options may be available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. Shipping costs will depend on the country you would like to ship to. For international shipping, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to locate your order. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing, but we estimate delivery within 6 business days after the order has been processed.
